All appliances vary. Pre-heat oven to 240°C / Fan 220°C / Gas mark 9. Remove film lid and absorbent pad from tray. Pierce pastry 3 times on top of wellington. Brush an egg was on top of the wellington. Place foil tray directly on top shelf. For medium - cook for 25 minutes, for well done - cook for 35 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving. Ensure product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
