Tender, boneless, and full of rich flavour, our Butterflied Leg of Lamb is ideal for quick roasting or barbecuing. A favourite for relaxed Sunday lunches or summer gatherings, it delivers melt-in-the-mouth succulence every time.

Prepared using only the finest part of the leg with the bone, chump and shank expertly removed, this joint cooks evenly and carves effortlessly. Perfect with a herb marinade or simply seasoned with sea salt and olive oil, it brings bold flavour to the table with minimal effort.

Minimum weight: 600g – serves 2 to 3.

Suitable for home freezing.

Remove all packaging. If marinating leave covered in the marinade for a minimum 4 hours and preferably overnight. Remove from the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking. Pre-heat your oven to 210°C/190°C fan/gas mk 7, cook for 25 mins per 500g . Allow to rest for a minimum 10 minutes, covered with foil. Ensure the product is piping hot and the juices run clear before serving. To BBQ transfer immediatly from the oven to the BBQ until browned.
