PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our award-winning Christmas pudding is made in-house by hand at DukesHill, with an immense amount of passion and pride by the team.
Made to a traditional family recipe, bursting with succulent fruits, we use the freshest free-range eggs and plump juicy vine fruit and cherries. We generously steep in the finest French Brandy, and butter instead of the traditional suet, to give a much cleaner finish on the palate. A truly exquisite, moist Christmas pudding - perfect for the whole family!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking Instructions: To steam- remove from outer packaging, steam in a steamer or saucepan of water to two thirds of the depth of the basin and simmer for 1-1.5 hours.
