Made on the Lincolnshire Wolds by the Jones family, this unique farmhouse cheese uses unpasteurised milk and traditional methods to achieve its distinctive flavour. Aged for 14 to 24 months, the texture is firm and satisfying, while the taste offers a rich blend of cheddar sharpness and mountain cheese depth.
