Our Traditional Lincolnshire Sausages are made the old-fashioned way—using only the finest British pork and a classic blend of sage, pepper and salt. Each sausage is carefully filled with the ideal mix of lean and lightly marbled pork to ensure a rich flavour and satisfying texture. Not too coarse, not too fine, just as it should be.

This heritage recipe dates back to Roman times, when sage and pork were first paired to create what has become one of Britain’s most loved sausage styles. Simple, hearty and packed with flavour, these sausages hold their shape beautifully and cook to golden perfection.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.
