Cured using traditional Wiltshire methods and supplied unglazed, it’s perfect for glazing at home or serving as is. Fully cooked and ideal for festive entertaining or any occasion.

Made using premium British pork, this bone-in ham is prepared with our signature Wiltshire cure, developed to produce a milder, juicier ham than traditional dry cures. The pork is immersed in brine for nearly a week, then matured to allow the flavour and texture to develop fully in good time for Christmas.

The result is a moist, tender ham with a soft, savoury finish and delicate sweetness. Supplied unglazed, it’s ready for your own creative touch, whether that’s a honey and mustard glaze, marmalade, or a traditional breadcrumb crust for the big day.
