Our magnificent Three Bird Game Roast layers pheasant breast, partridge breast, and pigeon breast with a rich pork, sage, and onion stuffing, all topped with smoked streaky bacon and a sprig of rosemary. Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve, film and sachet. Cover with foil and place the foil tray on a baking tray. Cook in the centre of the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 30 minutes. Add Beef and Chicken Jus for the last 10 minutes of cook time. Cook until juices run clear. Cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before carving. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.
