COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Allow Chateaubriand to come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat oven to 230°C / 445°F / Gas 8, Add a little oil to a frying pan and brown chateaubriand on all sides for 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for the following times: Rare 8-10 minutes; Medium Rare: 10-12 minutes; Medium: 14-16 minutes; Well Done: 18-20 minutes. Once cooked cover and allow to rest in a warm place for 10 mins.
