Delicately seasoned and slow-cooked to perfection, our Confit Duck Legs offer a truly luxurious dining experience. Made from free range British duck, each leg is gently prepared using traditional sous vide techniques for melt-in-the-mouth tenderness and rich, full flavour.

Infused with a fragrant blend of garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, citrus zest and sea salt, the duck is cooked low and slow for 12 hours in its own juices. The result is deeply savoury, ultra-succulent meat that crisps beautifully in the oven for a classic golden finish.

Whether served with flageolet beans, buttery mash or tossed into a warm salad, this timeless French-inspired dish brings indulgence to any occasion.

Cooking Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5. Carefully cut open bag, discard fat & juices. Retain or remove herb and garlic inclusions. Carefully place each leg (skin side up) onto pre-heated oven tray or use non stick ceramic type dish. Place the meat into a hot oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Cook until skin on each lef is crispy. If skin if getting to brown, cover with foil. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Alternatively oven cook for 15 minutes then place under a hot grill to crisk the skin for last 5 minutes or BBQ skin side down for 8-10 minutes then turn over and repeat until golden and crispy.
