Product Description

A limited edition artisan sourdough loaf made with organic British grain, long fermentation and wild natural yeasts. This handcrafted bread delivers a tangy flavour, chewy crumb and golden crust – perfect for elevating everyday meals.

Crafted from Maris Widgeon grain grown by local farmer John Prior, this Wild White Sourdough is made using only organic flour, water and sea salt. It undergoes a slow 14-hour fermentation using wild natural yeasts, developing a full-flavoured crust and a soft, chewy centre with a distinctive sourdough tang.

A finalist in The Soil Association's Best of Organic Bakery category, this loaf is a celebration of traditional breadmaking and quality British ingredients. Ideal for sandwiches layered with ham and cheese, served simply with salted butter, or enjoyed alongside soup and stews.
