PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Made for DukesHill to a traditional Italian recipe.
Created since 1886 by modern day masters of the Italian art of cold cuts preparation. Made from the best beef leg cuts, topside selected by weight. Trimmed to its distinctive shape, it is salted with sea-salt, left to rest and placed in a highly breathable casing. This resting period gives a delicate and appetising flavour characteristic.
One of the cured meats best suited to modern dietary needs. This thinly sliced beef is perfect on its own or drizzled with olive oil, a few shavings of parmesan, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
