Each turkey is raised slowly on lush meadows and open paddocks, where they roam freely from eight weeks of age. With access to natural woodlands, they enjoy a life full of fresh air, foraging, dust bathing and roosting. Their diet is made up of wholesome cereals including wheat, barley and soya bean, enriched with natural herbs and minerals, and is entirely free from antibiotics and growth promoters.

Every bird is hand plucked and dry processed to protect its integrity, then hung for a minimum of seven days to develop deep, gamey flavour and tender texture. This method preserves the traditional character of the meat and ensures a beautifully roasted result every time.
