Sourced from trusted third-generation farmers who have spent over forty years perfecting their craft, our turkeys are raised outdoors in open paddocks and meadows. From eight weeks old, they enjoy a natural lifestyle exploring grassy fields and woodlands, dust bathing and roosting on straw bales. Their diet is cereal based, made from wheat, soya bean, barley, rapeseed extract, herbs and essential minerals, completely free from antibiotics and growth additives.

Our suppliers use traditional farming methods to ensure a slow growing process that delivers exceptional flavour. Each bird is hand plucked and dry processed, then hung for a minimum of seven days to intensify the taste and preserve the quality.
