This quintessential English ham is dry cured from outdoor bred British pork using time honoured methods. Matured for several months, it delivers deep, complex flavour and a satisfyingly firm texture. Available bone in for a traditional presentation or boneless for effortless carving, each ham is fully cooked and ready to enjoy.

Prepared using techniques that have changed little over centuries, every leg is selected for quality, dressed with saltpetre, and generously salted over several weeks. The hams are then hung in traditional drying rooms to mature slowly, developing their rich flavour and distinctive bite.

Slightly saltier than Wiltshire ham and served best sliced very thin, this heritage favourite is perfect for sandwiches, celebration platters or traditional British spreads. With a Royal Warrant and centuries of craftsmanship behind it, it remains a proud staple of classic English charcuterie.
