Prepared using techniques that have changed little over centuries, each leg destined for your table is carefully selected for quality, dressed with saltpetre and generously salted over several weeks. The hams are then hung in traditional drying rooms to mature slowly, allowing their rich depth of flavour and distinctive bite to fully develop in good time for Christmas.

Slightly saltier than Wiltshire ham and best enjoyed sliced very thin, this artisan favourite is ideal for the Boxing Day sharing platter, refined festive sandwiches and elegant Christmas spreads.
