COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove from fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove all outer packaging (can be cooked in foil tray). Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 4. Keep chicken in original foil tray or place onto a roasting tray. Add any seasoning if preferred. Cover losely with foil and roast for 60 minutes in the middle of the oven, basting occasionally with the pan juices. 20 minutes before the end, remove the foil and continue to cook until skin is crispy. Check occasionally to ensure it does not overcook. Ensure chicken is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear when the thickest part is pierced with a skewer and reaches 72°C. Once fully cooked, remove from oven, cover with foil, and leave to rest in a warm place for at least 10 minutes.
